PRG is active in 72 locations worldwide. For our location in Tildonk, Belgium, we are looking for a Sales Director.
As the Sales Director, you'll work closely with the General Manager to oversee all sales activities for our Belgian affiliate. Demonstrating a strong focus on understanding our clients' requirements and translate how our services provide solutions to those needs. You enjoy bringing personal touch in a diverse market landscape with a large variety of projects and clients. For us, it’s all about people and relationships.
Qualifications

2. Proven track record in a senior commercial role within the Event Industry, with strong technical expertise in lighting, video, and sound.
3. Previous experience in leadership and team coaching within a customer-centric environment.
4. Enjoy and be proud about achieving and exceeding revenue targets.
5. Demonstrated ability to drive the sales process from planning to closure.
6. Exceptional networking skills with a talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
7. Outstanding organizational abilities with no problem prioritizing in a fast-paced environment.
8. Excellent communication skills, encompassing listening, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
9. Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
10. Financial acumen and business awareness.
11. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
12. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
Responsibilities
13. Develop and implement a strategic plan to meet and exceed sales targets while expanding our customer base. Provide guidance and support to the sales team to achieve their objectives.
14. Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key accounts build on loyalty and trust.
15. Drive continuous improvement initiatives together with other departments, to enhance commercial delivery and overall company performance – we are one team.
16. Articulate our company's value proposition effectively through tailored presentations and proposals.
17. Present quotations to clients, focusing strongly on the scope of proposal. If we are challenged, we need them to compare apples with apples.
18. Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and attention.
19. Offer expert advice on project management and technical matters to both clients and internal teams.
20. Manage sales team scheduling and assignments, overseeing their performance and ensuring targets are met – not just financially.
21. Act as a representative of PRG in key pitches, client meetings, and industry events.
22. Identify and capitalize on potential sales opportunities within the industry.
23. Handle project changes and customer confirmations in line with our credit control policy.
24. Collaborate with the Finance Department to conduct account assessments, negotiate payment terms, and prepare accurate forecasts and financial summaries.
25. Stay informed about PRG's policies, new products, and services, ensuring up-to-date knowledge.
26. Participate in internal and external meetings, locally and internationally, as required.
27. Stay abreast of competitive landscape and market trends in the industry.
