Job Description
• Managing and implementing SAP HR systems, including configuration,
testing, and deployment
• Analysing business needs and identifying opportunities for process
improvements
• Providing functional support to business users, including training and
troubleshooting
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of
HR systems with other business processes
• Developing and maintaining documentation of HR systems and processes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related
field
• At least 5 years of experience in SAP HCM implementation and support
• Strong knowledge of SAP HR systems, including configuration, testing, and
deployment
• Fluent in French or Dutch and communicates well in English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
