As a Legal Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting lawyers and paralegals with various administrative tasks. Your contributions will ensure the efficient management of their day-to-day activities, allowing partners and associates to focus on their priorities. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting lawyers and paralegals with administrative duties. Organising travels for partners and associates. Preparing legal documents and materials. Managing calls and correspondence. Taking detailed notes during meetings. Preparing meeting rooms and helping with events. Organizing, filing, and maintaining legal documentation. 2-5 years of professional experience as an Administrative Assistant. Previous experience working in a legal environment. Fluency in English, Dutch, and French (both written and spoken). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management abilities. Highly detail-oriented and organized. Capable of performing effectively under pressure.
