As HRIS & Data Analyst, you will add value on a global scale by blending your knowledge of HR data, processes and technology. You will contribute in several group wide HR processes and projects and you report to the Corporate HR Manager. This role is based at the Lotus Bakeries HQ in Lembeke, Belgium.
1. You ensure successful delivery of HR technology projects which cover multiple sites/countries. Closely collaborating with different departments (ICT, local HR, Group HR) is key to achieve successful project delivery.
2. You operate as key expert in the HR community with respect to HR Technology while striving to realize an optimal match between technology enablers and our future HR objectives. In this regard, you monitor the HRIS needs on a continuous basis and keep track of the efficiency of our processes and initiate improvement actions where needed.
3. You take the lead in HR reporting, offering analytical insights into HR metrics and trends to meet ESG social KPI reporting requirements and facilitate data-driven decision-making, all while ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across systems.
4. You support in data collection, dashboard development and you provide follow-up of the defined HR KPI’s. You also monitor these KPI’s in view of regular reporting moments and ensure that all key stakeholders have the correct information available at all times.
5. Besides your role in technology and reporting, you lead/contribute to other Group HR projects depending on your domain of expertise, interest and experience.
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
6. A Master’s degree in Business Engineering or another technology-driven business field.
7. A first experience in an HR analytical role, being it in reporting or rather in technology; having worked as a consultant or as internal project leader.
8. Good project management skills, topped by the ability to multi-task and prioritize in view of business needs.
9. A team-player attitude with an eagerness to learn from others and feeling comfortable in working in project mode on complex topics.
10. A critical & challenging mindset with the aim to get maximum results through a problem-solving and analytical approach. Someone who can easily convert ideas into action.
11. Excellent communication skills with the ability to rationalize complex information and make it understandable for others.
12. Experience with SuccessFactors and/or Power BI is a plus.
