As NPD manager, you are responsible for the product innovation & renovation procedures and processes.
Function
* Ensure product leadership on SOTG tartlets and purchased products: Product evaluation, competitive benchmarking, quality reassurance&compliancy (incl. customer/regulatory requirements).
* Lead key strategic local & international NPD projects from operations to Go-to-Market: engage local & international multifunctional teams to ensure excellence of execution (in close collaboration with plant operations, supply chain and marketing&sales teams).
* Lead BNL NPD council with leadership team.
* Drive overall efficiencies and effectiveness of NPD processes.
* Lead, coach and engage BNL NPD team (3 direct reports).
Your Profile
* Minimum 5 years of experience in NPD project management in an international context.
* Proven skills in food NPD design and delivery, from operations to go-to-market delivery, in line with external & regulatory requirements.
* Highly disciplined with the ability to identify and to set clear priorities and milestones to drive execution excellence. Strong problem-solving mindset with relentless focus on product leadership.
* Strong leadership skills, knows how to engage, coach and motivate a team (3 direct reports).
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional international relationships, including key stakeholder management to meet crucial deadlines.
* Only very occasional travel required. Dutch & English language requirements.
