Abbott Medical Devices are recruiting Marketing Managers to be based in Belgium.
Please note this is a pipeline for future roles within the organization
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Develop an annual marketing strategy and plan (product management and marketing activities) for and with Countries/Regions commercial organizations
2. Work in close cooperation and influence Countries/Regions to ensure optimal implementation and alignment to achieve business objectives
3. Ensure alignment with global commercial and marketing objectives and programs
4. Work with the global marketing group to develop the products and materials that support our strategies
5. Link and implement programs together with the Medical Affairs group to create preferential market growth & share attainment
6. Marketing Communication and Congresses strategies and operations
7. Provide guidelines for financial planning and forecasting as well as strategic planning exercises
8. Monitoring and implement intelligence methods to stay ahead of market trends and competitive strategies
9. Ensure compliance in performing the training as required by the training procedure
Your Profile:
10. Master’s degree in marketing or other related field.
11. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
12. Medical devices, pharmaceutical industry experience preferred
13. People management experience
14. Large Multinational companies experience
15. Mature product / business life-cycle management would be advantageous
16. Brand Management
17. Marketing communication and congress management
18. Pricing
19. Working with CRM
20. Analytical, Creative and operational high-level marketing skills
21. Strong Communication & influencing skills
22. Desire to understand and use the sales channel by fully exploring local market conditions
23. Other sales channel experience e.g. digital, preferred
24. Fluency in English
25. Leading and influencing through strong marketing plans & strategy, ensuring credibility with the EMEA sales channel
26. Ability to interface with key customers and opinion leaders - all stakeholders
27. Coaches, motivates, and develops team members. Utilizes all the strengths on team to exceed goals
