As a receptionist you'll be responsible for:
1. First point of contact for clients, visitors & employees
2. Manage office supplies & order furniture
3. Creation of accesses
4. Coordinate meeting rooms
5. Handle mail in/out, calls and the general mailbox
6. You are fluent in French and Dutch & you have a knowledge of English
7. You have a first experience as corporate receptionist or in the hospitality sector (hotels...) or as administrative assistant
8. You feel at ease with reception & administrative tasks
9. You have a great sense of service and you are client oriented
10. You are autonomous and proactive
