Be the go-to IT expert for our client's dedicated team! You'll manage incoming tickets, handle calls, and configure equipment such as laptops and printers.
Your mission? To ensure seamless IT support across our client's organization, while also proactively maintaining servers, managing the network, and leveraging the power of Microsoft 365. You'll safeguard data security, resolve technical issues, and provide clear, user-friendly documentation.
Key responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries from internal and external teams
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot laptops, printers, and multimedia devices
Manage Windows Servers, Active Directory, and our client's network infrastructure
Proactively explore solutions offered by Microsoft 365 to optimize the work environment
Ensure network and data security through preventive measures
Communicate with external partners and vendors to coordinate IT services
Your profile
A passion for IT and infrastructure with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
Technical knowledge in MS 365, Windows Server, and network management
Strong organizational and communication skills in Dutch and French, with English as a bonus
Open to learning and integrating new IT trends and solutions into your work
Ability to prioritize tasks autonomously and maintain composure under stress
Team player with a desire to help others and optimize their IT environment
First experience or reintegration into IT support is welcomed
Special requirements
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (level B)
Clean criminal record (certificate dated within the last three months)
Willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement
