As Web Solution Manager, you are responsible to align web solutions with overall business strategy, ensuring that they support key business objectives such as growth, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. As such, you are responsible to identify best digital solutions to meet business needs and lead implementation of the web based solutions. You focus on boosting sales by providing the E Commerce Commercial Team web based solutions. You work closely with the Ecommerce Growth Strategy Manager to assist implementation of new tactics and caign on web and app. You are responsible to enhance customer satisfaction and the overall user journey. As an expert, you craft compelling digital content, analyze data for insights. You actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain a network of trust, and provide technical support. Your commitment to knowledge management keeps the team at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. Your role is central to Delhaize''s digital success and reach ecommerce objectives thanks to implementation of web solutions. You manage and coordinate implementation of projects and web solution with IT. Based on analyses and customer feedback, you ensure continuous optimization of the website and application. As a specialist in your field, you stay up to date with digital innovations and propose solutions for improving the digital strategy of Delhaize.
1. Collaborate with Business to identify and implement needed web solutions to support caigns and drive sales : Lead implementation of digital solutions required to support sales growth and activation caign.
2. Drive sales by improving customer satisfaction and refining the customer journey : Enhance online conversion rates and overall sales performance. This objective can be achieved by implementing continuous improvements to the website and the mobile application.
3. Collaborate closely with Ahold Delhaize Digital Team and Online Team to identify web improvements and lead project implementations : Provide expertise to the Ahold Delhaize Digital Team for continuous improvement projects and support implementation and after care. Act as a key expert to the teams, providing online metrics and info on best practices to ensure informed decision making process for project and improvement initiatives.
4. Guarantee the optimal working of both the website and the mobile application : You take the lead in the creation, testing and coordination of all technical elements that touch the website, mobile application and underlying systems in order to guarantee their correct functioning.
5. Knowledge management : You are up to date on the latest developments and trends in the field of online marketing, web development and e commerce in particular. You share this knowledge with your stakeholders at Dehaize in order to maintain a good level of credibility of the team and with the goal of sharing b
