The Human Resources Administration, Learning, and Development Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR administration and learning and development functions for the company. They will work closely with the HR Director and other members of the HR team to develop and implement strategies that support the company's goals and objectives.

The Human Resources Administration, Learning, and Development Manager is responsible for a team of 4 employees that is growing, based both in Belgium and the Netherlands.
* Tasks will be managed with the support, as needed, of specialized external consultants.
* Manage the HR administration function, including employee data management, payroll processing, and benefits administration.
* Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures.
* Develop and implement learning and development programs that support the company's goals and objectives.
* Work with department heads to identify training needs and develop training plans.
* Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, including employee onboarding, skills training, and leadership development.
* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
* Manage the learning and development budget.
* Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR and learning and development matters.
* Manage the performance appraisal process and ensure that it is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
* Ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively to employees.
* Support the HR Director in other HR-related matters, as needed.

Mandatory on-site presence in all countries to ensure a global understanding of HR challenges and consistent policy implementation.
* Performance Management: You would manage the performance appraisal process, ensuring that it is aligned with the company's goals and objectives. You would provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance management matters.
* HR Policies and Procedures: You would ensure that HR policies and procedures are communicated effectively to employees. You would keep up to date with changes in labor laws and regulations and ensure that the company is compliant.
* Budget Management: You would manage the learning and development budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.
* Coaching and Support: You would provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR and learning and development matters.
* HR Software: You would have experience with HR software systems and be responsible for the implementation and management of such systems.
Overall, as a Human Resources Administration, Learning, and Development Manager, your main responsibility would be to ensure that the company's HR policies and procedures are aligned with the company's goals and objectives and that employees are supported through effective learning and development programs.
* Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in HR administration and learning and development.
* Knowledge of Benelux labor laws and regulations.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in developing and implementing learning and development programs.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
