Sales Manager - CE - Lead Sales Initiatives in Central Europe
As recruitment partners for Solina Belgium, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager CE to join their team. Reporting to the Managing Director CE, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategies and fostering growth in the Central European market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales plans for existing and new markets.
* Negotiate pricing, supply agreements, and sales actions with local partners.
* Make strategic decisions on pricing and sales tactics.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities; follow up on leads generated from marketing activities.
* Respond to sales inquiries and provide timely information to prospects.
* Monitor sales activities, analyze performance, and report on key metrics.
* Focus on acquiring new customers and introducing initiatives for existing clients.
* Enhance customer service experiences, fostering engagement and promoting organic growth.
* Address customer issues proactively, ensuring effective solutions.
* Develop and mentor your team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
* Collaborate with HR in team member selection and drive implementation of company programs.
* Analyze market trends and business indicators to identify areas for improvement.
* Ensure adherence to Solina Group’s policies, procedures, and FSQEHS standards.
Candidate Profile:
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French, German, Dutch, or other languages is a plus.
* Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams, partners, and customers.
* Strong leadership abilities with a focus on motivating and developing a sales team.
* Analytical mindset with the capability to assess sales data and market trends.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Willingness to travel regularly (30% to 50%) within the region.
* A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving business growth.
