About the roleWe’re looking for a Head of Commercial Strategy to lead our sales efforts across multiple European markets.This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth tech company, shape our revenue engine, and play a central role in our leadership team.You will:- Lead and grow both inbound and outbound sales teams across Belgium, France, and the Netherlands- Build a scalable and high-performing commercial organization: hire, coach and develop SDRs, AEs, and interns- Define and implement outbound strategies (ICP, prospecting, messaging, automation) to increase productivity and conversion- Work hand-in-hand with Marketing, Ops, and Customer Success to streamline revenue generation across all funnels- Bring structure, rituals, and the right tools to elevate team performance- Sit at the leadership table and co-define our company’s next strategic moves2. Uw talenten? About you- 7–10+ years in sales leadership roles, ideally in high-growth digital environments- Strong track record building and scaling outbound sales from the ground up- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities- Strong business sense and P&L orientation- You thrive in fast-paced environments and love solving complex problems- A natural leader, coach and team builder- Fluent in English + French or Dutch.
