We are looking for a Freelance Recruitment Consultant on a part-time basis (2 working days per week), who will be primarily responsible for monitoring and executing our selection and recruitment process in Belgium (Overijse / Fleurus / Izegem) for Blue & White collars, with a particular focus on Technician profiles.
You will join a team of 40+ talented HR professionals, across Belgium, Africa, and Mauritius. Your main office location will be at Overijse, with occasional travel to our offices in Fleurus/Izegem.
What will be your responsibilities?
Core recruiting activities
* Manage the entire recruitment process of open positions in Belgium (Overijse / Fleurus / Izegem) for Blue & White collars, with a particular focus on Technician profiles.
* Update recruitment process and applicants in the ATS (Applicant Tracking System: SAP SuccessFactors).
* Develop a contact list and build relationships with top talent (Pool Management).
* Conduct pre-requirements meetings with hiring managers and fine-tune the job advert.
* Upload all related recruitment documents on the IT-related tool.
* Screen incoming applications.
* Organise and drive HR interviews (+ interview report).
* Follow up on business interviews.
* Negotiate salary packages.
* Coordinate the onboarding process for newcomers.
* Develop a working relationship with recruitment/interim agencies, if applicable.
* Reporting.
Other cognate duties, but not limited to:
* Support the organization of Welcome Sessions for newcomers.
* Participate in job fairs/professional events.
Who are we looking for?
* Bachelor’s degree in HR or equivalent by experience.
* Minimum 5 years of working experience.
* Experience in recruiting blue-collar/technician profiles.
* Language skills: French & Dutch (English is a definite plus).
* Familiarity with HR databases (ATS: SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage).
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
* Experience in social media posting for sourcing candidates is a definite plus.
* Competencies: Customer focus, team-oriented, influence & persuasion skills.
