Roles & Responsibilities
As Digital Procurement Lead (Functional Expert/ Cloud Solution Consultant) you will be part of Procurement & Supply Chain team that is responsible to assist customers in their digital and technology-led transformation, supported by the Ivalua Source-to-Pay solution. You will be working for clients around the world in different industries.
For KPMG, these transformations are end-to-end, involving everything from the business/technology strategy up to and including the actual implementation.
More explicitly, your role will cover these activities:
1. Leading functional workstream from the start to end, both from a content perspective (i.e., being responsible of the Source-to-Contract and/or Procure-to-Pay functional design) and managing the project functional team.
2. Translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
3. Conducting workshops in which you will be sharing leading practices and demonstrating the solution, as well as taking ownership of the design document.
4. Developing the User Acceptance Testing strategy and overseeing its execution.
5. Continuously investing time to keep up to date with the latest technologies and acting as an advocate in spreading this knowledge within the teams.

Skills & Qualifications
6. Master or Bachelor degree preferably in Business Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Informatics, Industrial Science, Information Management, Software engineering or equivalent.
7. Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in consulting.
8. Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in multiple software implementations, preferably Procurement solutions such as Ivalua, Coupa, Ariba, etc.
9. Leadership skills to coach a team of 2-5 people.
10. Ability to work independently, as well as in project teams, take ownership and responsibility.
11. Strong customer focus and ability to have conversations with both technical and non-technical teams.
12. Problem solving ability and strong analytical skills.
13. Fluentcy in English and excellent communication skills.
Additionally :
14. Knowledge of ERP’s such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle is considered an advantage.
15. Knowledge of Source-to-Contract, Procure-to-Pay, Supplier Relationship Management is considered an advantage.
