Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering guidance and support regarding automotive products and services.
* Provide technical assistance and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
* Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and service-related issues.
* Work closely with dealers and business partners to ensure customer needs are met.

Who We Are Looking For:
* Fluency in Polish and Czech (C1 or native level).
