Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to users, resolving incidents efficiently, and managing requests effectively.
Main Responsibilities
* Identify and analyze user-reported incidents, utilizing your technical expertise to resolve them promptly and effectively.
* Manage the flow of users visiting the IT Corner during peak times, delivering exceptional customer service and communicating clearly.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support groups, ensuring timely resolution.
* Provide expert advice to users, guaranteeing their satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
* Fulfill planned user requests within expected timeframes, performing installations, removals, relocations, and modifications as required.
* Handle the initial management of used items, including cleaning, storage, packaging, and returns.
* Deliver comprehensive reporting of all activities in designated tools and provide regular updates to direct managers.
* Contribute to the improvement of documentation through feedback and suggestions.
Key Skills and Qualifications
* General knowledge of MS Windows 10/11 and O365 platforms.
* Basic understanding of Intune and its applications.
* Proficiency in handling laptops and mobile devices (Android, iOS).
Working Hours
Presence between 08:00 and 17:00 at the IT Corner (on-site workstation support).
