Your responsibilities require a great deal of commitment combining communication skills, annual reporting process knowledge and project management skills:

* Review if Ageas policies capture the relevant CSRD requirements to be compliant: develop policy check list
* Monitor that other qualitative disclosures are in place for the relevant ESRS, to be reported in the Annual Report.
* Monitor and follow up on non-financial metrics reported by subsidiaries.
* Provide consolidated report on non-financial KPI’s and provide support for the writing of the Annual Report.
* Assist in providing external assurance on non-financial information.
* Continue execution of the implementation plan when certain deliverables were postponed from the year before.
