Your role:
1. Responsible for the monthly payroll administration from A to Z in collaboration with the social secretariat: checking and preparing salaries before sending them for calculation (including checking timesheets, absences, meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, etc.)
2. Management of personnel files: employment contracts and amendments, work permits, illness, insurance affiliation, entry and exit, DIMONA, educational leave, time credit, holidays, tax forms, etc.
3. Legal monitoring of all matters in accordance with current and new social legislation, and compliance with the law
4. First point of contact for employees and business on payroll-related topics
5. Drawing up contracts and addenda for employees as well as external contractors
6. Taking care of the administrative management of both social documents and fringe benefits (insurance)
7. Ensure a smooth onboarding for new starters (employees and contractors)
8. Facilitate our leavers offboarding experience (employees and contractors)
9. Contributing ideas on optimising the payroll process, salary optimisation and documenting activities
10. Working closely with the Office & Fleet Manager
11. Working closely with the accounting department on reconciling accounts and checking supplier invoices relating to staff (social secretariat, staff insurance, etc.)

Your profile ;
13. You have a strong sense of responsibility, work accurately and autonomously
14. You have several years of experience with payroll processing
15. You are familiar with Belgian social legislation and closely follow social legislation and new remuneration trends
16. You can communicate fluently orally and in writing in Dutch and French.
