Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this function, you work within the Client teams and the Content team, two of the many diverse, motivated, and fun loving teams of Publicis Groupe. Delivering great, effective, and qualitative social caigns for your clients is your main role. But youll discover quickly that sharing jokes, memes, and drinks after work with the team is also an important part of the job! The role is based in our Brussels office and offers a hybrid working model, combining both office and remote work.
Responsibilities
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This is our bucket list, but we will not be disappointed if we cannot tick all the boxes in the end. All our experts have different backgrounds, which help them shape their day to day, that will not be any different in your case.
1. You will work on projects and caigns in close relation with the client team to deliver social media caign materials and always on content plans.
2. You are the main point of contact for social and content projects and communicate daily with the client.
3. Planning different resources ahead of a project through the Traffic Planner is part of your weekly diet.
4. You communicate with resources & follow up on their great work (Creatives, Content Managers, Designers, Media Experts, etc.).
5. You regularly update the client, stakeholders, and all internal resources on the status of the project.
6. You will also handle the administrative and financial side of your projects, such as drafting budgets, client approvals, handling POs, etc.
7. You have a sharp eye for detecting growth opportunities on your client portfolio and have the reflex to signal these to your Account Director, Client Lead or Content Lead.
