Your role:
* Lead the implementation of SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions for our clients.
* Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in accordance with client needs.
* Offer expert advice on payroll process design, configuration, and customization.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and IT, to seamlessly integrate payroll solutions with existing systems.
* Customize SAP Payroll / SuccessFactors ECP modules to meet specific payroll requirements.
* Adapt payroll schemas, rules, and workflows to align with the unique needs of each client.
* Develop and maintain payroll interfaces, reports, and integrations with third-party systems.
* Ensure compliance with federal and provincial payroll legislation, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
What you bring to the table:
* IT passion: A service-oriented mindset with a genuine eagerness to support others, coupled with the ability to understand and effectively communicate their needs.
* Payroll proficiency: Understanding of Belgian payroll and/or post-payroll processes, gained through hands-on experience or educational background.
* Legislative awareness: Familiarity with social legislation is essential.
* Analytical prowess: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze information to facilitate development.
* Proactive team player: Quick to learn, with initiative, effective planning skills, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach, complemented by excellent teamwork abilities.
* Language proficiency: Fluency in English and/or Dutch, with French considered a valuable asset.
* SAP HR experience: Previous exposure to SAP HR is vital.
