For the role of all-round employee, you can be assigned to either the dining area or the kitchen.
Here’s what your responsibilities will look like in the dining area:
You welcome guests and guide them to their table.
You take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and ensure that dishes are served timely and correctly.
You remain attentive to any additional requests and orders.
You maintain cleanliness in the dining area and clear and set tables for the next guests.
You handle payments at the end of the dining experience.
If you are assigned to the kitchen, your responsibilities will include:
Preparing mise-en-place before the start of the shift.
Assisting in the preparation of dishes according to recipes.
Ensuring food safety standards and hygiene regulations are always followed.
Cutting vegetables, preparing sauces and dressings, and assisting in plating dishes.
