Job Description
The Identity and Access Management team is part of the Cyber Information Security Office Division and is in charge of implementing, operating, and managing all the accesses from, to or within the client's IT infrastructure. The main mission is to ensure that each individual has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons as well as to respond to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements. The services covered by the teams include user lifecycle management, privileged access management, Infrastructure management and security advisory services in the context of Identity and Access Management.
Role
As a Senior SailPoint Engineer, you will contribute to the delivery of the SailPoint Mainframe integration project. You will join the IDAM 2.0 project team. This role includes the analysis, design, build, test, and deployment integration of the Mainframe application and role modeling aligned to the established Euroclear project governance. Your role involves working closely with colleagues in different domains (and may include external suppliers) to obtain the requirements so that you can design the integration with Mainframe. A security focus with an understanding of the challenges our internal customers face, as well as a positive problem-solving, and an analytical mindset are your strongest skills.
You will be expected to document the solutions you design in Euroclear standard templates such as a High-Level Technical Design; Detailed Functional Design; and Detailed Technical Design, where you will need to obtain sign-off from reviewers while addressing all the concerns. You will build the Mainframe integration in our test environment and ensure the solution goes through all the formal testing stages with our internal customers to obtain signoffs.
Responsibilities
In addition to the role, you are expected to:
1. Identify security risks and exposures during the analysis and how the design mitigates these risks. It may be possible you identify security risks that are not in-scope; however, you will be expected to call these out to ensure they are recognized by senior stakeholders who can then act.
2. Consider the impact on processes and controls based on the solution designed.
3. Make recommendations for changes and may implement agreed enhancements.
4. Always look for solutions, rather than just call out the problems.
5. Recognize that Euroclear is a regulated financial institution and as such your conduct must align with the compliance needs.
Skills and Experience
A combination of several of the below should be covered:
1. SailPoint IIQ (Identity IQ), at least 5 to 8 years of experience implementing SailPoint solution Identity & Access Management (IAM) Professional certification in CISSP, CISM and CISA, or equivalent is a plus.
2. Design, Development & Implementation of SailPoint Infrastructure and is creative and sees the bigger picture when designing solutions.
3. Mainframe System Onboarding:
1. Develop strategies and processes for the successful onboarding of mainframe systems into SailPoint IIQ.
2. Create and configure connectors between SailPoint IIQ and mainframe systems such as RACF, ACF2, or Top Secret.
3. Ensure seamless integration of mainframe systems into the IAM framework, maintaining data integrity and security.
4. Identity and Access Management:
1. Collaborate with IAM team members to define and enforce identity governance policies and standards.
2. Conduct access reviews, role management, and ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to identity lifecycle management, provisioning, and deprovisioning of user accounts.
4. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for SailPoint IIQ configurations, processes, and procedures.
5. Generate and present reports on IAM metrics, including access compliance, system health, and user activity.
5. Work proactively, thereby keeping possible problems from affecting the overall functioning of the team.
