Customer Engagement and Growth Strategy
To succeed in this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for Honeywell.
You will build relationships and understand customer businesses to provide appropriate products or solutions.
Your key objectives include defining sales and growth strategies toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives.
You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers, utilizing your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition.
Your goal is to increase overall performance by creating strong customer relationships and new partnerships.
You will develop and maximize Honeywell's presence and market share in designated accounts and territory.
You will execute face-to-face meetings with distributors/channel partners.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/equivalent or Master's degree/equivalent, with significant experience in the field.
Communicative knowledge of Dutch, French, and English.
Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
Will to learn and further education.
