Your mission
Architect ITSM Solutions: Design, implement, and optimize Incident, Problem, Request, Change, and Configuration Management (CMDB) workflows.
Enhance ServiceNow Capabilities: Leverage Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Orchestration to streamline processes.
Ensure Compliance & Best Practices: Apply ITIL frameworks and enforce CMDB governance policies for data accuracy and process automation.
Drive Automation & Cost Optimization: Identify innovative solutions to reduce manual efforts and maximize operational value within budget constraints.
Lead & Mentor: Act as a ServiceNow SME, guiding internal teams and providing technical leadership for complex ITSM implementations.
What you bring
5+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture & ITSM solutions.
Hands-on expertise in Incident, Problem, Request, Change, and CMDB management.
Strong ITIL knowledge (certification is a plus!).
Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), REST/SOAP integrations.
Experience in large-scale IT operations (public sector or enterprise IT preferred).
Ability to translate business needs into innovative ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements (must-have):
EU Citizenship - This role requires candidates to hold EU citizenship.
Fluency in English (written & spoken) - Essential for collaboration and documentation.
Proficiency in another European language is a plus
Bonus skills:
ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS - ITSM, CMDB, Change Management).
Agile experience (SAFe, Scrum).
Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP and their ServiceNow integrations.
Knowledge of DevSecOps & CI/CD automation.
