Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a (Senior) Consultant Public Sector (FR) to strengthen our enthusiastic public sector team within KPMG Transformation Services. You will accompany our clients in their (continuous) transformations, in a customer-centric, multi-disciplinary and technology-enabled way. This can involve working on the development of a new organizational strategy, supporting the guidance during business and digital transformations as well as challenging, and improving existing business processes.
Roles & responsibilities
1. Assisting in the development of a management strategy in the public sector;
2. Involvement in digital and business transformation projects;
3. Defining and improving operational processes and procedures;
4. Analyzing organizations and writing reports;
5. Doing market research (quantitative/qualitative);
6. Support the further growth and development of the public sector practice. This includes the design of new service offerings, follow-up on trends and sector evolutions, and engage in networking activities.

Skills & Qualifications
7. You hold a Master's degree and have 2 to 5 years of total working experience in either strategic and/or management consulting with a focus on public sector;
8. Ideally, you have already gained experience in strategy definition & development; transformation(s); digital transformation, business process improvement; organizational and process architecture design;
9. Pro-active mindset, dynamic and flexible to work within a fast-paced environment;
10. Fluent communication skills in French and English required, Dutch is a plus;
11. Excellent interpersonal skills and change management mindset;
12. Experience in organizational change management is a plus.
