We are on the lookout for a Risk Manager (RKM) to join our team for working with European Institutions based in Brussels in an on site position.

For this position, you would be working with our client from the European institutions.
Your role:
* Plan, design and implement an overall risk management process for the Digital Solutions Division.
* Support project teams in identifying, analysing and assessing risks affecting their projects or operational activities.
* Establish and quantify the organisation's 'risk appetite'.
* Report risks in appropriate ways depending on the audience.
* Follow-up on open risks until their mitigation or closure, supporting the decision-making process of finding and implementing a solution or mitigation plan.
* Provide support, education and training to project and technical teams on risk awareness within the Division.

Knowledge and competences:
* Excellent communication skills verbally and in writing.
* Capacity of leading and inspire teams.
* Knowledge of EU institutions and decision-making processes would be an asset.
* Capacity to work and communicate in a multilingual international diplomatic environment.
* Teamwork and capacity to coordinate with other teams and multiple stakeholders.
Tools and Methodologies:
* Atlassian tools.

Methodology:
* Project Management: PM² and PM² Agile.
* Agile Software development: Kanban & Scrum.
Technical certification(s):
* Dependent on the profiles of the technical team.
