Two commercial approches for our Account Managers
1) Direct Approach:
If the client can be directly supported by our teams (e.g., their needs are standard and well-covered by Odoo), we handle everything internally, including the commercial relationship and the implementation.
2) Indirect Approach:
If the client has specific needs that we do not cover internally, such as:
16. Custom integrations,
17. Specific localization (accounting, payroll, etc.) not yet supported by Odoo,
then we involve an Odoo partner.
Role of the Partner:
The partner handles implementation and consultancy to meet the client's specific needs.
Odoos Role in this Case:
We remain in charge of the commercial relationship with the client.
3) In Summary:
In the indirect approach, Odoo maintains the commercial contact but outsources the implementation to a partner. This ensures the clients expectations are met while keeping Odoo involved in the project.
