Description:
* Perform administrative tasks related to the purchasing department, including daily follow-ups.
* Handle a variety of tasks in a highly versatile role.
* No external contact; strictly internal administrative support.
* Full-time work (40 hours/week) with fixed hours during the training period (approximately 6 months to 1 year). After training, working hours will be reduced to 38 hours/week, with compensation for the difference.
* Strict adherence to company procedures and protocols, particularly within the pharmaceutical industry.
Profil
* Native French speaker; English and basic Dutch skills are a plus.
* Previous administrative experience, ideally in a purchasing, accounting, or prepress department related to printing or packaging.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
* Motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow instructions and procedures.
* Available to start ASAP. If there are planned vacations, please inform us in advance.
* Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to processes and systems.
