Job Role
Serving as a Social Affairs Advisor, you will represent member interests in joint committees for trade and services. Your key responsibilities include advising on labor law, collective agreements, and social relations. You will also keep members informed of the latest developments, provide personalized guidance, and contribute to the execution of the annual action plan. This encompasses organizing webinars and updating online tools.
Key Expertise
* You hold a Master's degree in law, preferably with a specialization in social law.
* You possess over five years of experience as a lawyer or legal counsel, gained in roles such as law firms, companies, or social secretariats.
* Your expertise lies in labor and social law.
* You demonstrate proficiency in both Dutch and French, with an active command of English.
