As administrative support you will be:
* Making sure all necessary documents are complete and meet the required policies and procedures for product release.
* Reviewing records daily to ensure quality within Operations.
* Providing accurate and up-to-date status updates to the right teams, keeping tracking spreadsheets current, and preparing reports.
* Helping to fix any issues found in documentation based on cGMPs and SOPs on a daily basis.
* Assisting with process and internal audits as needed.
* Collaborating with QA teams to promote awareness of data integrity and good documentation practices.
* Using various systems like MES, SAP, COMET, and eLIMS to manage tasks.
* Regularly working with other departments to gather batch record details or resolve documentation problems.
* Bachelor or master degree
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, as needed for the process.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, and you're a team player who's happy to share knowledge with new colleagues.
* Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Open to learning new systems like SAP and MES.
* Can work independently after training, prioritise tasks effectively, and manage a busy workload.
