Your job responsibilities:
1. Efficient order processing flow (order receipt, control and entry, delivery process, invoicing, customer master data management)
2. Delivering requested documents to customers
3. Registrating and resolving sales and product issues
4. Managing and improving departmental KPI's

5. Previous experience in customer service
6. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) is a must, knowledge of SAP is a plus
7. Customer service minded and administrative orientation
8. Very good language skills: Dutch/English/French
