ACENSI is looking for a Senior Change Manager for one of their clients :
The activities for Change and Communication are identifying and guiding the changes within and outside the organization according to a standardized methodology, in order to contribute to the successful implementation of transformations within the group.
Change management:
1. Prepare, initiate, define, implement and anchor the change management for the transformations, resulting in a contribution to the successful realization of the transformations of the company.
2. Monitor the overview of all transformations within the company and advise on the ideal implementation scenario, resulting in coherent and optimal support in line with expectations.
3. Cooperate and help implement the defined change actions in the change action plan, resulting in support for the internal customer or organization during implementation.
Advice:
Based on your own expertise, collect information, perform (impact) analyses and formulate advice, resulting in input for decision making.
Communication:
Organize and substantively manage various communications, consultation platforms, discussion forums, ... for the assigned target group, resulting in qualitative support for the internal customer or organization. Promote employee trust and engagement.
Expertise:
Acquire, maintain and share expertise within the area of responsibility, resulting in guaranteed up to date professional knowledge.

The suitable candidate:
* Can proactively take on tasks in the daily operations.
* Can independently plan and execute his tasks within the set deadlines.
* Can show and respect the necessary discretion.
Selection criteria:
* Demonstrable experience in coordinating, communicating with and facilitating 3rd party management and external stakeholders (Senior, 5 years).
* Demonstrable experience with ADKAR change methodology.
* Demonstrable experience with Change Management (Senior, 5 years).
* Demonstrable experience in guiding change processes (Senior, 5 years).
* The candidate can demonstrate during an interview that he or she has the necessary communication skills.
* Demonstrable experience with portfolio management.
* Demonstrable experience within the energy sector.
* Higher education level (Master).
* Language requirement: Dutch, French and English at European CEFR level C2.
