* Shipping Advice
* Follow up weekly warehouse status
* Instructions/ documents to forwarder
* Bill of Lading;
* Issuing Invoice & Packing List
* Preparing set of documents for Nigeria;
* Shipping advice
* Follow-up Containers;
* Follow-up of shipments availability;monthly insurance declaration;
* Preparation of payments;
* Request missing incoming invoices and follow up.
* Archiving finished files,
* Keeping records up to date of Archived Files,
* Organizing destruction when required
Profiel
* Bachelor degree in logistics or international trade preferred, with a minimum of 1 years experience in supply chain
* Preferably knowledge of international trade techniques and regulations (ex: Incoterms) – experience with export regulations is an asset
* Computer Literate
* Fluent in English and French
