Description
1. Support seniors on coaching, evaluate and motivate team members.
2. Check the workload, planning and productivity of each team member.
3. Train team members in accordance with company policies and ensure internal procedures are followed.
4. Manage full client's portfolio through expertise and team management in close collaboration with the team.
5. Global review of the firm's clients' accounts.
6. Review of periodical reporting and annual accounts.
7. Review of VAT & tax returns.
8. Manage the customer relationship and expectations, handle complaints/escalations to ensure regular communication to maintain a good relationship with all customers.
9. Coordinates the onboarding of new clients.
Profile
1. Fluent knowledge of English; French or Dutch.
2. Bachelor in Accounting - Master in Tax or equivalent.
3. Member or trainee of the ITAA.
4. Proven experience in outsourcing firms or multinational environment.
5. Proven experience in coaching junior staff members and managing team members.
6. Strong people management skills and team player.
7. Focus and determination to meet goals (both individual and team goals).
