A leading stationary manufacturer in Brussel is looking for an energetic, experienced Sales Executive to join their team.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, promoting products, and achieving sales targets.
Regular travel in Europe will be required. A driving license and experience in a relevant B2B Sales position is a must.
TYPE: Permanent, full-time
SALARY: €60k-€70k
HOURS: 38 hours (Monday – Thursday 8.15am to 5.00pm and Fridays 8.30am to 1.15pm)
LOCATION: Brussel (Office based)
Sales Executive Responsibilities:
* Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
* Present and demonstrate products/services to prospective clients
* Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively
* Track and manage sales opportunities
* Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
* Provide post-sale support and ensure client satisfaction
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Arrange and attend exhibitions, meetings, and industry events, to promote the company
Sales Executive Ideal Candidate:
* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in Stationary, or Industrial/Manufacturing Industries
* Business level English and Japanese is mandatory, and French is advantageous
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
* Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets
* Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
* A proactive, customer-focused attitude
* A valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel as required
