Oversee the daily progress of transport assignments, acting as the key player in our logistics process. Provide proactive communication, keeping clients informed of any issues or delays. Think creatively to offer cost-effective solutions to meet customer needs. Negotiate additional costs and maximize recovery opportunities. We're looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications: A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. A few years of experience in customer service or the logistics sector. Fluency in English; knowledge of Dutch, French and German is a plus. Strong communication and negotiation skills. A confident and assertive personality.
