Customer Quality is a vibrant and energetic team (50+ people), consisting of many nationalities from within
Europe, as well as Japan and other countries. Our role is to resolve quality related concerns and potential critical liability issues affecting the European markets. Additionally, we also support many and varied markets where our European assembled vehicles are exported to, including countries outside the traditional European Region including North Africa, Middle East and Asia.
Your responsibilities
1. You prioritize potential field concerns through investigation and analysis
2. You will be responsible for the coordination and handling of risk management items (ie authority inquiries, product liability & market surveillance cases)
3. You ensure appropriate actions are taken for escalated potential safety items, which might cause reputational damaging and/ or potential compliance items
4. After a well-structured deep analysis, you propose the next cause of actions to higher Management.
5. Building on your experience gathered through these activities, you will drive projects to apply Kaizen to our operations and to improve our collaboration cooperation with related divisions.

6. You are fluent in English (TME’s business language)
7. Min. 1 – 4 years of experience in engineering function or similar ones, for example, risk
management/assessment, vehicle quality engineer, field service engineer, manufacturing engineer
8. Good fact finding and analysis skills to draw conclusions from the gathered data and information
9. Flexibility and good personal organization competences to prioritize and meet deadlines
10. Strong communication and negotiation attitude in an assertive but diplomatic way to reach consensus
and get buy-in
11. You have a passion to achieve customer satisfaction
12. Relevant education level, Bachelor / Master’s degree inengineering (automotive, mechanical, electrical …)
13. Willing to travel: 10 – 20% within Europe.
14. A passion for mobility solutions
15. Experience in automotive or manufacturing is an asset
16. Knowledge and affinity with quality processes and tools is an asset
17. Experience with technical problem diagnosis and problem solving is an advantage.
