Job Description
As Head of Sales France, you drive sales growth and expand our customer base in France across both mechanical components and the fast-growing Automation & Entrance Control division. You lead, develop, and optimize the external sales team, ensuring execution of our long-term plan and commercial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* You take full ownership of sales, team management, and business strategy in France after training at our headquarters in Belgium.
* You define and execute an effective commercial strategy, optimizing the end-to-end sales process, tracking key metrics, and reporting results.
* You lead, coach, and monitor the external sales team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
* You strengthen relationships with key customers (manufacturers and dealers), providing expert guidance and support.
* You identify new market opportunities and implement targeted prospecting strategies to expand revenue.
* You collaborate with customers’ buying and engineering teams to optimize sales strategies and ensure smooth product integration.
Qualifications
* You have 5+ years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably in technical products.
* You are a natural relationship builder, skilled at networking, maintaining customer connections, looking for up-selling opportunities and closing deals.
* You are the driving force behind your team, inspiring them with your enthusiasm and empowering them to reach their full potential.
* You are self-motivated, results-driven, and flexible, able to prioritize effectively and achieve commercial objectives.
* You enjoy being on the road, staying close to customers, and regularly visiting our headquarters in Belgium (6 to 8 times per year) for product training and strategic alignment.
* You are a native French speaker with excellent English skills to collaborate across the Locinox team.
