Your job
As an SAP Order-to-Cash Manager or Senior Manager, you are a key member of our Belux SAP Business Group, which means you will be part of the SAP management team but also closely collaborate with SAP experts in our global network. You will be working with the latest technologies available in the industry, such as S/4HANA.
You will be part of innovative, challenging SAP transformation projects where you will methodically engage with the business in an interactive way. You are responsible for leading and managing your team, ensuring that deliverables are defined, analysed, and implemented effectively. This includes configuring SAP systems, integrating them with other systems, testing, and guiding the deliverables towards the go-live phase.
You are a team player and open to share your knowledge and coach junior colleagues while providing constructive feedback. You know how to process feedback, manage a team, and maximize efficiency.
You have developed project management experience that enables you to follow up activities, resources, and financials related to your scope and manage risks and issues with your client.
With your SAP knowledge and skills in project management, you consult on the implications of a new IT landscape and react by building and maintaining client relationships. You assist in developing SAP strategies and roadmaps, ensuring they align with client goals and industry best practices.
Besides project-related activities, you also have the opportunity to drive and/or support other strategic activities within Accenture (pre-sales, training initiatives, innovation, etc.). Depending on your seniority, you will also be involved in business development and sales activities within Accenture.
Qualifications
Your background
* At least 7 years of SAP experience in Sales and Distribution
* Good overview of Order to Cash processes in SAP S/4 and its peripheral integration (CRM, Document management, Finance, Logistics, and warehousing)
* Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP Order to Cash processes (CRM integration, Order to Billing, Pricing, Customer Master Data)
* Min 2-3 full life-cycle implementation experience
* Experience in OTC project management including client interaction
* Eagerness to work in a team-oriented environment
* Open to travel as part of your project assignment
* Motivated, persistent, eager to optimize, drive for excellence
* Strong communication and presentation skills
* Fluent in Dutch or French and English
