* You will be the ambassador for our digital workflow portfolio in your region.
* You will give demonstrations, trainings and support to our customers with our digital workflow portfolio.
* As a digital specialist you will visit Dental Labs, Dentists and Surgeons/ Periodontists.
* You work closely with our sales team and perform co-visits with the sales reps in your area.
* You will be looking for new opportunities in your region.
* Responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales and profit margins within assigned accounts and/or territory/region on products or services.
* Establishes professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts.
* Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and margin dollars.
Job Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of achievement oriented sales experience with Nobel Biocare or equivalent experience with direct competition or a minimum of 4 years in achievement oriented sales, preferably in the medical device field.
Educational Requirements:
* Equivalent educational level: Undergraduate degree in business or related field.
* Dental Technician and digital tools knowledge.
Knowledge/Skills Required:
* Demonstrated ability to digest, to comprehend, and verbalize highly technical product and clinical information related to company and industry products.
* Demonstrated professional sales skills.
* Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
* Intermediate/Strong computer skills.
* Dental Digital Solutions knowledge (3D Planning and solutions).
* Strong knowledge of dental prosthetics.
Competences and Critical Success Factors:
* Good dental prosthetic understanding.
* Strong communication and selling skills in Dutch.
* Strong organization and planning capabilities (business planning, sales planning, forecasting, etc).
* Cold-call and prospecting capabilities.
* Strong problem-solving attitude.
* Able to work well with peers and across functions.
* Intermediate computer skills (Office package, iPad / tablet and any other company communication tools).
* Able to work under pressure.
* Able to independently plan and organize the activities of the territory based on the manager's direction, market requirements and customer needs.
* Proficiency in English is strongly preferred. (& French optional)
* Experience in using a CRM system is strongly preferred.
* Able to lead by example.
