Our client is a privately owned Fast Track 100 Company, employing close to 2000 people across 20 countries and 5 continents, with a turnover approaching £3 billion. Over their 30-year history, they have grown organically and through acquisition, positioning themselves for further profitable growth globally.
As a result of continued growth, they are seeking a talented and ambitious sales leader to join the leadership team in Belgium. As Head of Sales, you will be responsible for:
1. Building multi-campaign telesales capability covering outbound activities to achieve target sales.
2. Creating a best-in-industry customer experience during the sales process.
3. Ensuring a positive customer experience is provided on every contact.
4. Maintaining a professional and fun working environment.
If you have people management experience with a proven track record of engaging teams to deliver results and at least 5 years’ experience managing a telesales operational team within a busy sales contact environment, we would like to hear from you.
