Our client is looking for a senior Project Leader Digital Supply Chain. Context The organization uses a SAP ECC 6.0 as ERP which uses various modules in the logistic chain: Production Planning ( ), Material Management (MM), Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), Warehouse Management (WM), SRM solution. There are also various SAP satellite systems linked: Extended Warehouse Management 9.5 sidecar (connected via CIF), Ariba sourcing solutions and Ariba Commerce automation solutions. Various business processes need to be tested in the context of an S4 migration project (together with SAP). This concerns a conversion to S4HANA (on prem, 2022) via a brownfield approach and includes acceptance tests in collaboration with the responsible services and Go live. In addition, the Project Leader will also lead several smaller improvement supply chain related projects that are aimed at mapping, improving implementing these within the organization. You ensure that all project objectives are achieved within the set time and budget and that process documentation is drawn up accurately. Profile The ideal Project Leader: aligns the various stakeholders/key users, identifies the various work packages together stakeholders/key users, develops a schedule that is synchronous with the ICT schedule and monitors it, maintains the overview and reports clearly about it, in order to let this migration project proceed without any impact on business. Main tasks Identify and know the main operational processes Identify different stakeholders per process: end user, key user, business analyst and process owner Monitor qualitative documentation of these business processes that can serve as input for acceptance tests Plan, coordinate, align acceptance tests on the business side Status meetings and reporting with the respective process owners Status meeting and reporting with the S4 project team (ICT) Evaluate resource requirements for S4 conversion project tasks Prioritize in collaboration with PMOs of other projects Draw up and follow up planning/roadmap until go live on the business side Follow up: list all open tickets for adjustments due to freeze, and proposing a coherent strategy from the business to ICT in line with operational priorities. Map existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Analyze process data and draw up reports with recommendations for process improvements. Develop and document new or modified processes. Coordinate the implementation of new processes within the organization. Train employees on new processes and systems.
