About the Team
The Country Managers with their local teams will report to you in this role. The teams are composed of Sales and Customer Success professionals with defined geographical responsibilities. This role is part of the senior commercial leadership team and will report directly to the Global Head of Revenue, SCALAR.
What you can look forward to
· Building and managing a team of result-driven professionals
· Delivering on revenue and margin targets for direct and indirect sales
· Help develop strategic revenue plans and implement them at regional level
· Actively Manage and coach the Country Managers
· Provide regular business updates to senior management
Your profile
· Minimum 5 years of experience in leading Sales or Revenue organizations
· Experience in a SaaS or Service environment a plus
· Background in selling into the transport logistics industry is beneficial
· Data-driven decision maker with a collaborative approach
· Strong communicator, English necessary
