The Operations Manager is responsible for the daily management of operational activities and the optimization of restaurant performance.
Main responsibilities:
* Supervise daily operations of all restaurants and districts
* Continuous monitoring of performance indicators and taking corrective measures
* Development of District managers and Restaurant Managers
* Identify and implement process improvements
The position includes to be often on the road, accross the country as visiting the different restaurants.
Possibility to work during weekends as well.
* At least 5 years of experience in operational management, experience in the HORECA or Retail sector is considered as a plus
* Experience in operational budget management in relation to financial objectives
* Experience in coaching and motivating teams
