Role
Our client is seeking a Real Estate Advisor to join their new office in Belgium. You will play a key role in driving business development and representing the brand in the Belgian market.
Responsibilities
•Act as the brand’s representative in the local real estate market, embodying its values and mission.
•Build and strengthen business relationships with Belgian real estate agents interested in selling the company’s properties.
•Visit real estate developments in Spain to gain in-depth knowledge of the products and create tailored training plans for partner agencies.
•Advise individual clients in their decision-making process, ensuring alignment with company protocols.
•Contribute to the creation of the marketing plan for the Belgian market.
•Participate in professional events (real estate fairs, product and service presentations).
Requirements
•Degree in business and marketing.
•At least 3 years of experience in the real estate sector.
•Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction and results.
•Excellent negotiation skills and a highly organized, dynamic, and structured approach.
•Fully bilingual in French and Dutch, with strong proficiency in English. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
