Job description
The duties for this Dispatch / Customer Service Officer position can be divided into 2 parts:
Administrative-planning section:
- Follow up and adjust the daily planning of the cleaning staff in the field (permanent cleaning staff and mobile shifts)
- Management of the clusters (client portfolios per employee).
- Consultation with operational managers for optimal capacity allocation,
Commercial section:
- Complaint handling,
- Contribute to the development and improvement of Atalian services, take care of customer relations (thinking along on improvement actions),
- Cross-regional cooperation where necessary.
Profile
A successful 'Dispatcher & Customer Service' professional should have:
* You obtained a secondary or bachelor degree in a relevant field or have equivalent experience,
* 1-3 years' experience in an administrative position,
* Experience in dispatching is an advantage but not a must,
* Knowledge of the facilities world (cleaning, catering, security) is an added advantage
* Good knowledge of office package and strong administrative skills,
* Good communication in Dutch and French both spoken and written
* Telephone contact does not put you off
* You can set priorities and are stress-resistant (when necessary)
* Flexible & communicative
Offer From € 2.700 to € 3.300 per year
