Plug The Jack is Belgium’s first self-service music studio network. We operate fully equipped studios that artists can book online and access 24/7 using a simple digital code. We provide professional spaces for rehearsal, recording, DJing, podcasting, and music creation, all at affordable rates.
With locations in Brussels, Liège and Antwerp, we make it easier than ever for musicians to create and play music, without the usual constraints. We are growing fast and gaining traction among thousands of artists across Belgium. Your Role: Own the Growth Engine
As Marketing & Acquisition Manager, you’ll be in charge of our entire digital marketing strategy — from customer acquisition to retention. You’ll report directly to the management team and progressively take full ownership of growth.
You’ll drive both strategy and execution — meaning you’re just as comfortable in a spreadsheet or ad manager as you are shaping a content plan or managing creatives. You’ll work closely and collaborate with our internal media team (content, visuals, short-form video).
This is a high-impact role in a small, hands-on, fast-moving team. We're looking for someone entrepreneurial, performance-driven and bilingual (FR/NL) who wants to build something meaningful in the music space.
Your Main Missions
Customer Acquisition :
* Design and implement full-funnel acquisition campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, YouTube…)
* Structure campaigns, run tests, optimize creatives, audiences, and landing pages
* Build custom audiences (retargeting, lookalike, interest-based, geo)
* Track CAC, ROAS, and other key metrics to scale what works
Retention & CRM :
* Set up automated campaigns, email flows, and loyalty offers
* Build user segmentation based on frequency, behavior, and LTV
* Design campaigns to reactivate or upsell existing users
SEO & Content
* Lead SEO strategy (structure, local pages, internal linking, blog…)
* Collaborate with our internal content/media team (copy + visuals in FR/NL)
* Track organic performance and iterate on site structure and content
Analytics & Strategy
* Track performance with GA4, Meta, TikTok, Hotjar, etc.
* Set up dashboards and KPIs, analyze and report on results
* Run A/B tests, user journey audits, and conversion rate optimizations
Who We're Looking For
* You have 4–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with strong expertise in paid acquisition and performance marketing.
* You’re fluent in both French and Dutch.
* You’re data-driven, autonomous, and focused on results.
* You know how to run Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads, and have a solid understanding of SEO and content marketing.
* You feel comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team and collaborating with creatives.
* You understand what it means to create. You’re a musician and/or you are close to the artistic world and you how to engage musicians in a way that feels real.
