In Insight we have an amazing opportunity for an Internal Account Manager to join our successful team based in Madrid.
You will be responsible for building on current accounts and bringing in new business (Mainly over the phone)

This role will support either an Executive Account Manager (EAM) or Inside Sales Account Manager across a number of Client portfolio activities and objectives, as set by the Sales Manager.
* Ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction.
* Accurate forecasting and opportunity pipeline management.
* CRM management, supporting Account Managers during the sales cycle.
* Manage and undertake actions arising from those reviews including action plans or meeting notes and circulate to both client and internal contacts as required. Diarise follow-up and other appointments in good time.
* Build rapport with clients by understanding their needs and working with them to develop the most appropriate solutions.
* Promote the use of web enablement to all clients, including the integration of e‐procurement tools where the client makes use of such tools.
* Maintain regular reports for the EAM or OM for the portfolio including: Daily activity reports, daily performance reports, and daily and monthly Lines of Business trading reports.
* Complete the required learning standards within the Insight Sales Academy and develop product knowledge to the required accredited standard.
* Creating and closing quotes including quote generation for non-project-specific requests and loading them onto the system.
* Responsible for ensuring all renewals are quoted and followed up, closed and updated in the relevant systems, and reported back to the business.
Requirements:
* From 1 year sales support experience in the IT industry or similar high‐pressure sales environment.
* Good understanding of the IT industry.
* Interest in existing and upcoming technologies.
* Fluent conversation in English and Spanish
* Be able to demonstrate and discuss Insight’s solutions set clearly and accurately.
