Based just north of Brussels, youâll act as a trusted partner for teams in Spain and Italy, with monthly travel to both countries.

HR Business Partner | Function
* Support employees through their full journey: onboarding, growth, and beyond.
* Partner with managers on key HR topics: development, performance, well-being, and more.
* Actively contribute to cross-functional People & Culture projects focused on continuous improvement.
* Travel once a month to Spain and once to Italy to stay close to your local teams.
HR Business Partner | Profile
* You bring 5+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
* You're confident with soft HR: coaching, onboarding, development, and change support.
* You speak fluent English; other languages are a definite plus.
* Youâre proactive, solution-oriented, independent â but love teamwork.
* And yes, you're happy to travel regularly (to sunny destinations đ).
