We are currently recruiting an Executive Assisant for one of our clients, a leading company located in Brussels, easily accessible by public transportation, to provide general support to Executives and allow them to work at top efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
* Managing complex agendas
* Managing phone calls, emails and correspondence
* Arranging travels
* Managing expense notes
* Organising meetings
* Preparing files, reports and other documents
* Preparing, proofreading and correcting PowerPoint presentations
* Booking and managing meeting rooms
* Adapting documents layout
* Filing and archiving
Profile:
* Min. 3 years experience in a Management/Executive/Personal Assistant role
* Dutch or French native or equivalent and Fluent in English and the other national language
* Ability to prioritize, excellent organizational and communicational skills
* Eye for detail and quality, result-minded and service-minded, autonomous and flexible
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills
